What You’ll Do

Elephant Village Tour in Pattaya

You will be take on this tour with is a combination Trekking, it lasts about three and a half hours, but does NOT include Elephant Show. This tour starts with the mighty Elephant Ride, lasting approximately ONE HOUR (2 persons will share the elephant) giving full experience to all guests.

This will be followed by 20 minutes of jungle walk because we want you to see the beauty of this village and its amazing nature. We will reach by this walk the Silk House.

Following we will continue by 20 minutes ferry tour across the local lake, finishing with the final ride back to the Elephant Village heart on the ox-carts. When returning to the Elephant village, you will be served with a home cooked buffet lunch or dinner. This program takes place two times daily at 10.30 hrs and 16.00 hrs.

What to Expect

The Elephant Village is operative in Pattaya in 1973, has always been a sanctuary for former working elephants. These are our beloved elephants that through reasons of injury cannot be anymore part of the great work in the jungles of Thailand.

The Elephant Village, because of their losing their natural habitat, being no longer possible to return these mighty animals to the wild of their vanishing habitats, take care of them all and provides these magnificent creatures with a safe haven.

Here they may live their lives with dignity and especially freedom from fear. A visit to this sanctuary Elephant Village is always a unique experience and it is also a lifesaver; all the fees paid by the visitors contribute directly to the survival and life of the elephants, now and in their future.
