What You’ll Do

River Kwai Full Day Tour from Bangkok

07:00 We meet with our English-speaking guide at your hotel’s lobby. Depart for Kanchanaburi province where we arrive approximately at 9 am visiting the JEATH War Museum for a realistic description of prisoners of war living quarters with photographic archive, pictorial and physical memorabilia dating from the World War II.

We continue this River Kwai Tour from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi War Cemetery which contains the remains of the 6,982 war prisoners (mostly the British, Dutch, Australian and American) who lost their lives building this construction and the Bridge over the River Kwai including all the railway to Burma (the Death Railway).

River Kwai Tour move then to visit world-famous Bridge over the River Kwai, just a part of the infamous Death Railway. We also can take a calm leisurely walk around town to take pictures on the world-renowned Death Railway.

Now let’s experience together the mighty Train ride on Death Railway through magnificent scenery, amazing passes over the original wooden viaduct. Time for your Buffet lunch at local restaurant and after lunch is feeding time to give food to elephants at Sai Yoke Elephant Camp.

About 14:30 we leave form Kanchanaburi passing by green paddy fields, villages, and temples to return to Bangkok.

17:00 At the end of tour transfer to your hotel.
